[Restoration Notice] Apology and notice regarding error display when mail delivery and reservation is completed


Dear customers

Thank you very much for your patronage of First Cabin.

There was a mail server failure related to the following reservation registration and membership registration,

As of 18:00 on May 2nd, the system has been restored and is functioning normally.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers.


・Events where notification emails are not sent normally (reservation completion/change/cancellation/member registration)

・An error screen is displayed when the reservation is completed.

[Cause of the event]

- Malfunction of the mail server

[Please continue to check]

During the failure period, when the customer reloads, etc. on the error screen, new reservations are registered for the number of times the reload was performed.

We will contact customers who have confirmed duplicate reservations in order.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you please cancel any unnecessary reservations.
