Q. What time is check-in? Also, until what time is check-in possible?
A. We are open from 5pm until 4am.
Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. Yes. We will keep your luggage at the front desk on the 4th floor on the day of check-in. Please note that we cannot keep fragile items, perishables, or valuables.
Q. Where is the nearest station?
A.If you are coming by Nagasaki Electric Tramway, the nearest tram stop is "Kanko-dori." If you are coming by bus from Nagasaki Airport, the nearest bus stop is "Shinchi Chinatown."
Q. Do you provide dinner and breakfast?
A. There is no food served at this restaurant.
Q. Can I send my luggage by mail before check-in?
A. Yes. Please make sure to write the date of your stay and the name of the guest on the shipping label, and send the package with prepaid shipping. If you would like to send luggage, please let us know by phone in advance. Please note that we cannot accept frozen or refrigerated luggage.
Q.Is there parking available?

Q. Is there a bicycle parking area?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have a bicycle parking area available for customers.
