About receipts
Regarding online payments and receipt issuance via official website reservations

As a member, please issue a receipt from your My Page .
For non-members, please request a receipt from the reservation confirmation .

About the cabin
Do you have a bath / toilet in your room?

There are no baths or toilets in each cabin. Please use the shared washroom, toilet, large bath, and shower booth.

Can I smoke in the cabin?

All cabins are non-smoking. Please use the smoking booth for smoking.

Can you hear the sounds around you?

Since it is a partition of the curtain, you may hear some ambient sounds. If you are concerned, we will give you earplugs free of charge at the front desk.

Is the cabin (guest room) locked?

First Cabin is classified as a simple lodging facility under the Inns and Hotels Act, so the entrance to each cabin cannot be locked. Also, the entrance to the cabin is separated by a curtain instead of a door.

*All cabins are equipped with a lockable safety box.

* Only premium class can be locked.

How do you watch TV?

You can watch it with headphones or earphones without hesitation.

About use
Can you stay with two people?

Only premium class can accommodate multiple passengers. Premium class is available at some facilities.
To see whether Premium Class is available, please check the icon in the facility list or on the page for each facility.
Other cabins have a capacity of 1 person. There are shared lounges for men and women, and some facilities have lounges for women only, so please use them for chatting.

Can you stay with your family?

All cabins have a capacity of one person. In addition, the hall is divided into a men's area and a women's area.
There is also a shared lounge where you can chat with your family, so please use it.
Please note that guests under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the service so that they can stay comfortably. note that.

Can I stay only for minors?

If you are between 13 and 18 years old and you are staying alone, you will need a parental consent form.
Please present the consent form at the front desk upon check-in.

Can I leave my luggage in advance?

We will store your luggage before and after check-in only on the day of your stay.
*Due to airport security measures, First Cabin Haneda Terminal 1 is unable to store baggage after check-in.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew. You can come and go whenever you like.
*Haneda Terminal 1: Haneda Airport is closed from 12:30am to 4:45am. There is a nighttime entrance for First Cabin near bus stop number 8 in the arrival lobby on the 1st floor.

Do I need to check out daily for consecutive nights?

When applying for consecutive nights, check-out is only on the last day.

Is it possible to shoot videos at the facility during my stay?

First Cabin has the following regulations regarding photography within the facility.
We ask that all guests abide by these regulations to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests.

  1. Please refrain from taking photographs that may include other customers or cause inconvenience to them.
  2. Please refrain from taking photos of staff without permission.
  3. Entry into any cabin other than your own is prohibited.
  4. As a general rule, photography is prohibited in the large baths and powder rooms.
  5. *If you request in advance, we may allow staff to take pictures only when other customers are absent.
  6. If we find any photos or videos posted that violate our rules, we may ask you to remove them.

Tell me about gift points
