・Only online reservations on the official website are eligible for points.

・Telephone reservations and direct reservations at the front desk are not eligible for points.

・Additional charges incurred during your stay are not eligible for points.

・Please be sure to use local payment when using rate discounts or free accommodation gifts (discounts cannot be applied if advance payment is selected)

・Points will not be awarded if the reservation is cancelled.
