Article 1 Membership, etc.

A member is a member who approves these Terms and completes the prescribed procedures, and FIRST CABIN HD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is a "FIRST CABIN member club member" (hereinafter referred to as "member"). Refers to an individual customer who has been approved to join the Company. In addition, "this service" means the service such as member identification provided based on this agreement.

Please enter the necessary information in the enrollment form on the official website, and when the application procedure is completed, you will be officially enrolled. Admission fee and annual membership fee are free. Please note that we do not issue membership cards.

Article 3 Member Benefits

  1. Gift point service The gift point service means that when a member makes a reservation at a hotel or franchise hotel operated by the Company through the official website, the member is given a predetermined amount of gift points (hereinafter referred to as "points"). Refers to a system in which benefits are provided according to points earned.
  2. E-mail magazine delivery service If you set the e-mail magazine delivered by our company to "Receive", we will deliver the regular e-mail magazine. If you do not wish to receive the e-mail magazine, please cancel the setting of "receiving" the e-mail magazine.

Article 4 Granting of Points

If a member makes a reservation via the official website when using accommodation, points equivalent to 1% of the payment amount (excluding tax) will be awarded. Please note that reservations made by phone or at the front desk, stays, extension fees, accommodation tax, bathing tax, cancellation fees, and use of incidental facilities such as restaurants are not covered. .

Article 6 Validity Period of Points

Points are valid for one year from the date of grant, and we will inform you of the expiration date in advance.

Article 7 Use of Points

Members can redeem the points they have been granted for specific gifts, etc. on the official website. The Company shall set the gifts, etc. that can be exchanged from time to time, and notify the members of the content of the gifts, etc. and the exchange method on the official website or by the method specified by the Company. The type and content of Gifts, etc., the number of points required for exchange, and other conditions for point exchange shall be determined by the Company, and the Company may arbitrarily set, change, or terminate these. Please note that points can only be used to exchange for gifts, etc., and cannot be applied to usage charges converted into monetary amounts.

Article 8 Management of member ID and password

  1. The member shall manage the member ID and password of this service registered at the time of application procedure at his/her own responsibility.
  2. If the combination of the member ID and password matches the registered information and is logged in, the Company will consider it to be used by the member who has registered the member ID.
  3. Under no circumstances shall a member transfer, lend, sell, pledge, or let a third party use his or her member ID and password.
  4. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by insufficient management of member IDs and passwords.

Article 9 Elimination of Antisocial Forces

  1. Members are currently organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, those who have not been a member of organized crime groups for less than 5 years, quasi-members of organized crime groups, companies related to organized crime groups, racketeers, etc. We declare that we do not fall under any of the above (hereinafter collectively referred to as "anti-social forces") and that we do not fall under any of the following items, and we promise that we will not fall under any of the following items in the future. The Company reserves the right that the member falls under any of the items of paragraph 1, is an anti-social force, or engages in an act that falls under any of the items of the preceding paragraph, or makes a false representation or promise based on the provisions of paragraph 1. If it is found that the member has made a declaration, regardless of whether or not there is a reason attributable to the Company, the membership can be revoked without any demand or notice to the member.
  4. The member confirms and acknowledges that if the Company cancels the membership in accordance with the preceding paragraph, even if the member suffers damage, the member shall not be held responsible for any compensation.

Article 10 Prohibitions

  1. The Company prohibits the acts set forth in the following items when members use the Service.

  3. If the Company determines that the member's conduct falls under any of the items in Paragraph 1, the Company may take any or all of the following measures without prior notice.

    (3) Other acts that the Company deems necessary
  4. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the member as a result of the measures in the preceding paragraph.

Article 11 Loss of Membership

If the Company determines that a member falls under any of the following items, the Company may cancel membership without prior notice. If you cancel, we will not disclose the corresponding item. In addition, all points will be invalidated at the same time as the membership is canceled.

Article 12 Withdrawal

Article 13 Change of Registered Matters, etc.

In the event of any change in the member's registered information such as e-mail address, address, name, telephone number, etc., the member shall immediately carry out procedures to change the registered information. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by the member's failure to complete the change procedure.

Article 14 Handling of Personal Information

The handling of personal information of members is subject to our privacy policy.

Article 15 Outsourcing to Third Parties

The Company may outsource all or part of the work related to the Service to a third party.

Article 16 Changes to Terms, etc.

  1. In any of the following cases, the Company may change these Terms without the prior consent of the Member.
    ① When the change of this agreement conforms to the general interests of the members.
    (2) When the change of this agreement does not contradict the purpose of the contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the content of the change, and other circumstances related to the change.
  2. In the event that the Company makes any changes to these Terms, the Company will notify the members by notifying the members, displaying them on the Company's official website, or by other means designated by the Company.
  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, if a member uses the Service after the change to the Terms of the preceding paragraph has been made known, or if the member does not take procedures for cancellation within the period specified by the Company, the member shall You agree to the changes.

Article 17 Change, suspension, etc. of this service

  1. The Company may change or add all or part of the content of the Service without prior notice to Members. However, such change or addition does not guarantee that all functions and performance of the Service before the change or addition will be maintained.
  2. The Company may suspend or suspend all or part of the use of the Service if any of the following apply. In this case, the Company will endeavor to notify the member in advance as much as possible.
    (1) Regular or urgent inspection or maintenance of the computer system related to this service.
    (2) When computers, communication lines, etc. stop due to accidents.
    (3) When this service or service cannot be operated due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, epidemic, natural disaster, etc.
    (4) In addition, when the Company reasonably determines that suspension or interruption of the Service is necessary.
  3. The Company may terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to Members.
  4. The Company shall not be held responsible for any disadvantage or damage caused to the member under this article.

Article 18 Non-Warranty and Disclaimer

  1. The Company does not make any guarantees regarding the following matters to members.
    (1) The completeness, accuracy and effectiveness of the contents of the Service (2) The Service will not be interrupted, discontinued or otherwise impeded
  2. Our company does not take any responsibility for the damages of the following items.

Article 19 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The governing law of these Terms shall be Japanese law, and any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
