Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. Yes, we can take care of it.
Q. Can I send my luggage before check-in?
A. Yes. Only items that are prepaid and picked up at the front desk can be shipped. Please specify the date of your stay (including the day of check-in) and contact the store in advance. When shipping your luggage, please write the guest's name and the date of your stay on the shipping label.
Q. I am planning to stay for multiple nights, but is it possible to stay in the room during the day without going out?
A. Yes. If you are staying for consecutive nights, you do not need to go out. However, please understand that there may be noise from cleaning. Also, you will not be able to use the large communal bath.
Q. Are there coin lockers?
A. No. We will store your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out, so please feel free to ask.
