Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A. Yes, we can take care of it.

Q. Can I send my luggage by mail before check-in?

A. Yes. We accept mail delivery only with prepayment. When mailing, please write the name of the guest and the date of stay on the shipping label.

Q. I am planning to stay for multiple nights, but is it possible to stay in the room during the day without going out?

A. Yes. If you are staying for consecutive nights, you do not need to go out. However, please understand that there may be noise from cleaning. Also, you will not be able to use the large communal bath.

Q. Are there coin lockers?

A. No. We will store your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out, so please feel free to ask.
