Before using the Internet accommodation reservation system, please be sure to read and agree to the terms.
First Cabin (hereinafter referred to as "our hotel") has established the following usage rules when customers use the "Internet Accommodation Reservation System" (hereinafter referred to as "this system") operated by our hotel.
We ask that you agree to these rules and use them according to these rules.

Internet Accommodation Reservation System Terms of Use

Article 1 (Compliance with basic matters)

  • When using this system, customers are required to comply with general manners, morals, and technical rules for using the Internet.
  • We strictly prohibit the use of this system for commercial purposes, regardless of the reason, such as paid arrangements.

Article 2 (Measures against basic matters)

Use of this system and this hotel for customers who perform acts that the hotel deems inappropriate, such as acts that cause inconvenience or disadvantage to a third party, or acts that may interfere with our services. May be refused.

Article 3 (Impacts due to the usage environment on the customer side)

This system is intended for those who have properly set various settings such as characters (displayed in Japanese), e-mail, and printer. The hotel is not responsible for the operation results of those who do not meet this condition and the effects caused by it. In addition, even if the above conditions are met, even if this system does not operate properly due to reasons beyond the control of the hotel, such as all circumstances related to the environment settings of the computer on the customer's side, the effect of this will be affected. The hotel is not responsible at all.

Article 4 (Terms of use of this system)

This system can only be used by customers who have agreed to this rule. In addition, using this system, it is considered that you have agreed to this rule at the time of making a reservation, and you will be required to comply with this rule.

Article 5 (Services provided by this system)

The services provided by this system do not give an advantage over the services provided by other than the hotel's homepage (telephone reservation, reservation window, etc.). Therefore, it may not be possible to make a reservation due to reasons such as full occupancy.

Article 6 (User's own responsibility)

  • When a customer uses this system, the customer is responsible for any acts performed by the customer himself/herself, any acts performed using his/her own email account, and the results thereof, regardless of whether or not the customer himself/herself acted or was negligent. shall follow. In addition, when using this system, if the customer causes damage to a third party, the customer shall settle the dispute with the third party at his/her own responsibility and expense, except in the case of negligence on the part of the hotel. will do.
  • If the user causes damage to the hotel or the system due to any of the following actions, the hotel may claim compensation for all damages suffered by the user. .
    • In the event of violation of these Terms of Use, the accommodation agreement separately stipulated by the Hotel, or the Terms of Use.
    • Sending or writing harmful computer programs.
    • When sending or writing information of a third party.
    • In the case of other acts that violate the laws and regulations valid in Japan.

Article 7 (establishment of reservation)

The reservation will be completed using this system when the information page for the reservation details is displayed on the customer screen.

Article 8 (Cancellation or change of reservation)

Reservations can be changed or canceled using this system only when the customer completes the procedure based on the reservation number.

Article 9 (Reservation application)

  • Please fill in all required personal data correctly on the reservation application form.
  • Incomplete personal data entered in the reservation application form may invalidate the reservation.

Article 10 (Changes in the contents of this system)

If we determine that the hotel needs to change the operation or contents of this system, we may make changes without notifying the customer in advance. Please be sure to check this rule every time you use it. After changing the contents of this rule, only the changed contents will be valid, and the contents before the change will be invalid.

Article 11 (Temporary suspension of use)

The hotel may temporarily suspend the use of this system without prior notice or consent to the customer in any of the following cases.
  • When performing maintenance or construction of this system.
  • When a natural disaster, accident or other emergency occurs or is likely to occur, making operation difficult.

Article 12 (Law handling this system)

The handling of this system is subject to the laws valid in Japan.

Article 13

This rule will be effective from February 16, 2009, Japan Standard Time. The hotel may revise or change this rule due to changes in socio-economic conditions and various circumstances.
