Accommodation terms and conditions

In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests and to maintain the public nature of the hotel, we have established the following rules for our guests based on Article 9 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions, which are integrated with the Accommodation Terms and Conditions. . If this rule is violated, the accommodation contract may be canceled in accordance with Article 6 of the accommodation agreement.

In order to keep our customers safe and comfortable and to maintain the public nature of the hotel, the hotel stipulates the following rules that are integrated with the accommodation contracts according to the Article 9 of the accommodation contract for customers using the hotel. In addition, if you violate this rule, you may cancel your accommodation contract under the provisions of Article 6 of the accommodation agreement.

Usage rules

  • In order to ensure a comfortable experience for our customers, we do not allow guests under the age of 12 to use our facilities. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The following acts are strictly prohibited within the hotel.
    • Do not smoke outside of designated areas. Smoking inside the cabin is strictly prohibited.
    • Noisy acts such as Houka Kogin, emitting strange odors, and other acts that cause disgust or annoyance to third parties.
    • Acts of bringing the following items into the hallway or accommodation facility.

      • foul-smelling
      • Hazardous materials that are flammable or flammable
      • guns, swords
      • Bringing food and drinks into the cabin
      • Drugs whose possession is prohibited by law, such as stimulants and narcotics

    • Gambling, acts that disrupt public morals, cause inconvenience to others, and other acts that violate public order and morals.
    • Unauthorized filming, unauthorized distribution, and other acts of using accommodation facilities for purposes other than lodging without permission.
    • Acts of inviting foreigners into the accommodation facility and allowing them to use the facilities, goods, etc. in the accommodation facility.
    • Moving, processing, or taking out various facilities and goods in the accommodation facility to other places, and using them for purposes other than their original purpose.
    • Leaving belongings in the hallway, lobby, etc.
    • Acts of distributing leaflets, leaflets, and other advertising materials to other customers.
    • Entering facilities other than those for customers.
    • Use of hair dye, bleach, etc. in the bathhouse.

  • We ask that you pay in advance, but please pay each time you depart or when the front desk presents you with an "incidental facility usage fee" or "extension fee".
  • Customers are responsible for managing cash and valuables during their stay.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables.
  • Lost items will be delivered to the nearest police station in accordance with the law.
    *All items lost at Haneda Terminal 1 will be handled at the Haneda Airport Lost and Found Center.
  • Crime groups, gang members, and cases that may violate public order.
    • Please refrain from using our hotel by designated gangsters and designated gangsters under the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters (enforced on March 1, 1992). (If this fact is discovered after making a reservation or during use, we will refuse to use it at that point.)

Accommodation agreement

(Scope of application of this agreement)

Article 1 The accommodation contract and related contracts to be concluded between the hotel and the guest shall be in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and matters not stipulated in this agreement shall be Customary.
If the Hotel agrees to a special agreement within the scope of laws and customs, that special agreement shall take precedence notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

(Application for accommodation contract)

Article 2
  • A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:
    • Guest name
    • Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
    • Accommodation charges (as a general rule, according to the basic accommodation charges in attached table 1)
    • Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
  • In the event of any change in the content of the request made to the Hotel pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Guest shall promptly notify the Hotel of the changed content.
  • If a guest requests to continue staying beyond the accommodation date specified in Paragraph 1, Item 2 during their stay, the Hotel will treat the request as having been applied for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made. To do.

Article 3
  • The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the hotel proves that it has not given consent.
  • When an accommodation contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the accommodation fee for the entire accommodation period related to the accommodation contract shall be paid before the start of accommodation or by the date specified by the hotel.
  • In the event of any of the following events, the hotel may treat the application as though the guest had no intention of actually staying at the hotel. The accommodation contract shall become invalid.
    • When the accommodation charges set forth in the preceding paragraph have not been paid before the start of the stay or by the date specified by the hotel as stipulated in the same paragraph.
    • Even if you attempt to contact the contact information provided in accordance with Paragraph 1 of the preceding article, it will be within 10 days from the date of first contact (however, if the number of days up to the day of your stay is less than this, your stay will be canceled) until 10:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (or, if the scheduled arrival time is specified, 2 hours after that time), if we are unable to contact you.
    • When the Hotel refuses to contact you.
  • In cases where items 2 and 3 of the preceding paragraph apply, accommodation fees that have already been received cannot be refunded.

(Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract)

Article 4 The Hotel may refuse to conclude an Accommodation Contract in the following cases.
  • When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  • When the guest room cannot be provided due to full occupancy.
  • When there is a reason equivalent to the previous item, such as when it is actually planned to provide guest rooms with priority for disaster victims and disaster recovery personnel due to the occurrence of a disaster or other emergency situation.
  • When the person who intends to stay is a member of an organized crime group, an organized crime group-affiliated organization, or other anti-social forces, or a related person, as stipulated in the Act on Prevention of Unfair Acts by Organized Crime Group Members and Prefectural Ordinances Concerning the Exclusion of Organized Crime Groups.
  • When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals in relation to accommodation.
  • When it is clearly recognized that the person who intends to stay is suffering from an infectious disease.
  • When the Guest is requested to provide services or other burdens that exceed the socially acceptable range for accommodation.
  • When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
  • When the person who intends to stay is drunk, etc., causing trouble to other guests or obstructing the operation of the hotel, or causing trouble to other guests or employees of the hotel when you act.
  • When the person who intends to stay is in a state where mental and physical disorders are clearly recognized.
  • When only guests between the ages of 13 and 18 stay without parental permission.
  • When applying for accommodation for the purpose of transferring the right to stay to another person.
  • When you apply for accommodation even though you do not actually intend to stay.
  • In addition, when it falls under the case where accommodation can be refused as stipulated by various laws and regulations or prefectural ordinances.

(Guest's right to cancel contract)

Article 5 The Guest may cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
  • If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the guest will be required to pay a penalty fee as listed in Attached Table 2.
  • If the guest does not arrive by the estimated time of arrival on the day of accommodation without contacting the hotel, the hotel may consider that the accommodation contract has been canceled by the guest.

(Right to cancel the contract of our hotel)

Article 6
  • The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
    • When the Guest is a member of or related to an organized crime group, an organization affiliated with an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force as stipulated in the Act on the Prevention of Unfair Acts by Organized Crime Group Members and Prefectural Ordinances Concerning the Elimination of Organized Crime Groups.
    • The Guest is assaulting, threatening, extorting, making unreasonable demands, gambling, possessing or using illegal drugs, firearms, swords or similar items within the Hotel, or causing trouble to other guests. or other acts contrary to laws or public order and morals, or when there is a risk of doing these acts.
    • When it is clearly recognized that the guest is suffering from an infectious disease.
    • When requesting services or other burdens that exceed the reasonable range for accommodation.
    • When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
    • When a person commits an act that impedes fire prevention or fire protection, such as smoking outside of a designated area or tampering with firefighting equipment.
    • When transferring or attempting to transfer the right to stay.
    • If the accommodation contract is concluded through a travel agency, but the payment of the accommodation fee from the travel agency has not been confirmed. In addition, cases where the payment for the accommodation fee has not been confirmed means that the payment was made by bank transfer just before the closing of the financial institution's counter business hours, or by a bank transaction via the Internet regardless of the financial institution's business hours. This includes cases where the fact of transfer cannot be confirmed on the same day because the next day is a financial institution holiday, even though the transfer was made by a certain method.
    • When you violate this agreement or the hotel's usage rules.
    • In addition, when it falls under the case where accommodation can be refused as stipulated by various laws and regulations or prefectural ordinances.
  • The notice of cancellation pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall be given orally or by telephone, email, or in writing to the contact details of the Guest who has made the request pursuant to Article 2. If the contact information is not reached even after the notification is sent, the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 shall apply, and the notification may be deemed to have been reached after the normal period of time has elapsed.
  • When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, the accommodation fee cannot be refunded, except in the cases of items 3 and 5 of paragraph 1.

(Accommodation registration)

Article 7
  • Guests are required to register the following particulars at the front desk of the hotel on the day of their stay.
    • Guest's name, age, gender, address and contact information
    • For foreigners who do not have an address in Japan, present your nationality, passport number, place of entry, date of entry, and passport.
    • Departure date and scheduled departure time
    • Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel
  • If the Guest intends to pay the charges under Article 11 using a method that can be substituted for currency, such as an accommodation voucher or credit card, the Guest must present these in advance at the time of registration under the preceding paragraph.

(Room usage time)

Article 8
  • The time during which a guest may use a guest room at the hotel is from the check-in time to the check-out time determined by the hotel. However, if you stay for consecutive nights, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and the day of departure.
  • Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may allow guests to use the guest rooms at times other than those stipulated in the same paragraph. In this case, additional charges (including consumption tax) as specified in Attached Table 3 will be charged. However, if you exceed the check-in time on the scheduled departure date, you will be charged one night's accommodation fee, and the same applies if you use the hotel before the check-out time on the arrival date.
  • Even during the hours when the guest can use the guest room based on the preceding two paragraphs, the hotel may enter the guest room and take necessary measures when it is necessary for safety and hygiene management or other aspects of the operation and management of the hotel.   • The business hours of various facilities within the Hotel are provided in pamphlets provided in the Hotel, notices in various locations, and information books in the guest rooms.
  • The business hours of the facilities, etc. in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case, we will notify you accordingly.

(Payment of charges)

Article 11
  • The details of the accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the Guest are as listed in Attached Table 1.
  • Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk at the time of the guest's arrival or when requested by the hotel, in currency or by means of accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc. approved by the hotel.
  • Accommodation charges shall be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay after the hotel has provided a guest room to the guest and it has become available for use.

(Accommodation responsibility)

Article 12
  • The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages in the course of fulfilling the Accommodation Agreement and related agreements, or in the event of any damage caused to the Guest due to their nonfulfillment. However, this shall not apply if it is due to reasons not attributable to the hotel.
  • In order to deal with the damages of the preceding paragraph of the guest, the hotel has taken out the hotel liability insurance, but if it corresponds to the exemption in the insurance contract, the damage suffered by the guest may not be compensated. I have.

(Handling when contracted guest rooms cannot be provided)

Article 13
  • When the hotel cannot provide the contracted guest room to the guest, the hotel shall obtain the guest's consent and arrange other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as much as possible.
  • The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract if the hotel has tried to arrange for other accommodations pursuant to the preceding paragraph but is unable to do so. Regarding the notice of cancellation in this case, the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
    In addition, if there is a reason attributable to the Hotel for the inability to provide a guest room, the Hotel shall pay a compensation fee to the guest as listed in Attached Table 4, and use the compensation fee to compensate for damages. Let me do it.

(Handling of deposits, etc.)

Article 14
  • In the event of loss, damage, or other infringement of items (excluding cash and valuables) deposited by the guest at the front desk, the hotel shall compensate for the damage, except in the case of force majeure. increase. In addition, cash and valuables are managed by the guests themselves, so please use the valuables locker. Please note that the hotel does not take any responsibility.
  • Items brought into the hotel by the guest (excluding cash and valuables) that are not deposited at the front desk may be lost, damaged, or otherwise caused intentionally or negligently by the hotel. The hotel will compensate for the damage. However, for items for which the type and price have not been disclosed in advance by the guest, the hotel will compensate for damages up to 50,000 yen, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hotel.

(Storage of guest's baggage or personal belongings)

Article 15
  • If the guest's baggage (excluding cash and valuables; the same shall apply hereinafter) arrives at the hotel prior to their stay, the hotel will keep it only when the hotel agrees prior to arrival.
  • If the guest's baggage or personal effects are left behind at the hotel after the guest has checked out, and if there is no instruction from the owner or the owner is unknown, please return them to the nearest location according to laws and regulations. Deliver it to the police station.
  • In order to properly dispose of misplaced baggage or belongings according to the nature of the contents, the hotel will inspect the contents at will and, if necessary, return it to the person who lost it or process it in accordance with the preceding paragraph. and the guest cannot raise an objection to this.
  • In the cases of Paragraphs 1 and 2, the hotel's responsibility for the storage of the guest's baggage or personal effects shall be in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article in the case of Paragraph 1, and in the case of the preceding Paragraph. shall comply with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same article.

(Management of baggage when using the bath)

Article 16
  • When using the public bath, valuables (including cash; hereinafter the same shall apply in this article) and room keys shall be stored in a valuables locker according to their usage.
  • Items stored in valuables lockers or left at the front desk shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 14.
  • The hotel will not be responsible for any damage caused by theft due to failure to take measures in accordance with paragraph 1, such as bathing with valuables left in a changing basket.
    However, if there is a cause attributable to our hotel, we will compensate for the damage up to 10,000 yen, unless it is intentional or gross negligence.

(Responsibility of the guest)

Article 17 If the Hotel suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage.

(Cleaning the guest room)

Article 18
  • If a guest stays in the same guest room for two or more consecutive nights, cleaning of the guest room will only be done by the guest who requests it.
  • Even if we receive a request from a guest that cleaning is not required, we will clean the property once every 4th night to maintain a sanitary environment. However, if the hotel deems it necessary, guest rooms may be cleaned at any time. In addition, we may enter the room even outside of cleaning days for guest room maintenance, legal inspections, and emergencies.
  • Guests may not refuse to clean their rooms as described in the preceding paragraph.

(Revision of contract)

Article 19
  • Each provision of this agreement may be changed within a reasonable range without violating the purpose of the accommodation contract if there is a change in social conditions or other reasonable necessity.
  • When changing these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the changes to these Terms and Conditions and the content and application start date of the changed Terms and Conditions shall be announced on the website of the Hotel or by other appropriate means.
