Information on changing the cleaning method for consecutive nights

From July 1, 2023, the hotel will partially change the room cleaning method during consecutive nights.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Room cleaning during consecutive nights

From July 1, 2023, cleaning will be done once every three nights during consecutive stays.

*For those who do not need cleaning, we will clean it every 3 nights.

*If you would like daily cleaning, please make a reservation for each night.

Please let us know when you check in.

(Check-in and check-out procedures are required every day.)

[Customers staying 2-3 nights]

There is no room cleaning during your stay.

We will give you new towels, room wear, and slippers every day.

*Please let us know if you would like us to collect used towels, hotel clothes, and trash in your room.

[Customers staying 4 nights or more]

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days.

The cleaning staff will enter the room and change the bed sheets, blanket covers, and pillowcases. We will also exchange towels and indoor clothes, and collect garbage in the same way.
